How do I add or remove a membership from my digital banking profile?

If you don't want to see the accounts for a membership in your digital banking profile, and you don' want to transact on this membership - you can delete it from your profile. This won't remove you from that membership, it just removes the accounts from your digital banking profile. You can add the membership back at any time in this same area - as long as you have the Member Number.

If you do want to make transfers to or from some or even one account on that membership, we recommend hiding the accounts you don't want to see rather than deleting the membership.

Delete a membership from your digital banking profile

  1. Open the More tab (online) or the hamburger menu (three stacked lines in the upper-right corner of the app)
  2. Click Digital Banking Settings
  3. Under the Membership Settings tab, select the membership you'd like to remove from the Select membership to view details drop-down
  4. Click the red Delete membership button
