You can receive text, email and push notification alerts. Text and email alerts will be sent to the mobile phone number and email address you have on file. 

How to update alert preferences

Online

1. Log in
2. Tap More in the left-hand menu
3. Click Alert Settings
4. Click Alert Preferences

In the app

1. Log in
2. Open the hamburger menu (three stacked lines, located in the upper right corner)
3. Click Alert Settings
4. Click Alert Preferences
