You can enroll in Text Banking in our mobile app. Text Banking allows you to text codes to 28640 to retrieve balances and transaction history.

How to enroll

1. Log in 
2. Open the hamburger ☰ menu and select Text Banking
3. Make sure the Text banking toggle is enabled

How to set a default account for Text Banking

1. Log in to the mobile app or digital banking online
2. Open the hamburger ☰ menu in the app, or the More menu in digital banking online
3. Select Digital Banking Settings 
4. Open the ACCOUNT SETTINGS tab
5. Select the desired account if you're online, or select it from the first drop-down if you're in the app
6. Scroll down to the Set this account as a default account for: section
7. Check the box online or enable the toggle in the app for Text banking

Text Banking command codes 

Text codes to 28640:

OCU BAL - returns the real-time balance of your default account

OCU BAL ALL - returns the real-time balance of all the accounts and loans on this membership

OCU HIST - returns the last five transactions on your default account

OCU HELP - returns a list of all commands

OCU STOP - deactivate Text Banking
