The expiration month and year on your card means your card will be active through the end of the very last day of that month. For example, if the expiration date is “12/26”, this means your card will work through the end of the day on 12/31/2026. Replacement cards are issued on the first business day of your expiration month. If your expiration date is “12/26”, your card will be re-issued on the first business day of December, 2026. Replacement cards are dropped in the mail the next business day and take 7 to 10 business days to arrive in your mailbox. 

Long story short, you should expect to see your replacement card in your mailbox no later than 10 days before your expiration month ends. If you don't, please text us or give us a call so we can make sure you have a card in hand before your card expires.
