Is there a charge for a new pin number ordered for a Visa debit card?

There is a fee of $5 to reorder a pin number after the second request. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive the pin by mail.

If you know your current pin number and would like to change it, you may do so at an Oregonians ATM or call us.
