The best course of action is to immediately call 503.239.5336 or 800.982.2974 to report your lost, stolen or misplaced card. You will need to contact us during regular business hours to request a new debit card since our card processor is unable to request a new card for you. If you are reporting a lost or stolen credit card, our card processor will order a replacement card for you.
