The online banking system will log you out after a period of inactivity as a measure to prevent unauthorized use of your account by unauthorized persons. Activity is counted by switching between pages and refreshing the page. Scrolling up and down does not count as activity.  The timeout is set for 10 minutes of inactivity. If you are using Windows, you can click F5 to refresh the page which will reload the page and count as activity. Press the ""Retry"" button to complete the refresh of the page.
