Unlock your digital banking profile on the app 

1.  Open the app.
2.  Click Login assistance beneath the green SIGN IN button.
3.  Choose Unlock Account.
4.  Enter your User ID and your Member Number. Click NEXT.
5.  Enter your Social Security Number and your Date of Birth. Click NEXT.
6.  Select how you'd like to receive a One-Time-Passcode (OTP) and click the method (Text Me, Email Me, Call Me).
7.  Enter the OTP and click NEXT.
8.  Enter a new password and click NEXT.

Unlock your digital banking profile online

1.  Go to the log in area and click I need help logging in.
2.  Click Forgot User ID.
3.  Choose Unlock Account.
4.  Enter your User ID and your Member Number. Click NEXT.
5. ​ Enter your Social Security Number and your Date of Birth. Click NEXT.
6.  Select how you'd like to receive a One-Time-Passcode (OTP) and click the method (Text Me, Email Me, Call Me).
7.  Enter the OTP and click NEXT.
8.  Enter a new password and click NEXT.
