As of May 1st, 2008, check copies are available for FREE through Online Banking. Log in to your account to view your account history, then simply click on the check number to display a printable copy of the front and back of the check. For items that cleared prior to May 1st, 2008, a Member Service Representative must request these copies. Please contact the Member Service Center at 503.239.5336 or 800.982.2974. You may also contact us by email memberservices@ofcu.com or come in to any branch. There is a $5 charge for any check copies ordered through a Member Service Representative.
